This cooperative agreement funds Minority Serving Institutions partnered with non-profits to build institutional STEM research capacity aligned with NASA missions. Activities include increasing awareness of NASA resources, fostering partnerships, supporting faculty and student engagement in STEM research, and leveraging NASA research for innovative technology development with commercialization potential. Proposals require registrations including NSPIRES and must be submitted electronically.
Eligible applicants are accredited Minority Serving Institutions partnered with non-profit organizations in the United States. Entities must have required registrations including DUNS, SAM, CAGE Code, and NSPIRES. All participants must be registered in NSPIRES.
