Emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, workforce development, and training in emerging fields like data science and AI. Clinical trials are not allowed under this program.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of organizations such as state, county, and city governments, educational institutions, tribal governments, nonprofits, for-profit organizations, small businesses, and various other entities including federal agencies and foreign institutions.
