This funding supports centers to systematically perturb genomic variants and assess their impact on genome function and phenotype using high-throughput methods. Funded centers will develop robust data processing pipelines and collaborate within the IGVF Consortium to coordinate assays, variants, and cell types, advancing understanding of variant effects from molecular to organismal levels.
