Supports research centers investigating how genetic and environmental interactions modify genomic variant effects. Centers will develop frameworks, experimentally test variant combinations, share data and analyses through the IGVF portal, and collaborate within the IGVF Consortium to coordinate assays, variants, and analysis strategies to enhance genomic variant impact understanding.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of U.S. government entities, educational institutions, nonprofits, for-profit organizations, small businesses, and foreign organizations or components of U.S. organizations. Foreign subawards/subcontracts are not allowed unless specifically designated.
