Supports investigator-initiated development of cutting-edge technologies to address limitations in translational science, particularly for therapeutic development. Funds high-risk, proof-of-concept studies to develop or prototype technologies that can transform or significantly improve therapeutic development efficiency, aiming to accelerate treatments to patients.
