This funding opportunity supports research aimed at optimizing, adapting, and implementing empirically-supported mental health interventions for older adults living with serious mental illness. Funded projects may address clinical and functional outcomes, barriers to care access, and systems-level strategies to improve coordination and continuity of care across settings such as primary care, geriatric clinics, assisted living, and community centers.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits, governments, educational institutions, small businesses, tribal organizations, and foreign entities. Both domestic and non-domestic organizations may apply, including foreign components of U.S. organizations.
