This funding opportunity supports innovative basic, clinical, translational, and implementation science research focused on HIV and substance use. It encourages high risk, high impact transformative studies that advance knowledge and strategies for HIV prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and virus suppression in people who use substances or have substance use disorders.
