This Broad Agency Announcement funds research in behavioral and social sciences addressing personnel, organizational, and leadership development to improve Army readiness and human performance. It supports basic, applied, and advanced technology development. Applicants should follow a three-step submission process: contact ARI, submit a white paper, then a full proposal. Eligible entities include higher education institutions, non-profits, and for-profits, excluding certain government labs and entities.
Eligible applicants include institutions of higher education, non-profit organizations, and for-profit organizations, domestic or foreign, excluding Government Laboratories, FFRDCs, and U.S. Service Academies as prime contractors. Foreign entities from countries supporting terrorism are excluded.
