This opportunity funds the establishment of a Coordinating Center for the ancient DNA for Modern Genomics program. The Center will coordinate activities, work with researchers and communities to identify ancient DNA sources, and support collaborative research combining expertise in DNA sequencing, computational genomics, human evolution, and ancient populations to advance understanding of contemporary human biology.
