Supports ambitious international multilateral research partnerships that address urgent global challenges requiring collaboration across at least two countries beyond the U.S. The program funds U.S. research teams for up to three years to leverage diverse expertise, data, and infrastructure, advancing impactful research and understanding of effective multilateral collaboration. Proposals must demonstrate how international collaboration enables advances beyond narrower teams and include diverse U.S. participants.
Open to any type of entity, including diverse U.S. institutions and individuals. Proposals must involve multilateral international collaboration with partners from at least two countries other than the U.S.
