Supports projects that develop and sustain research infrastructure cores such as research administration, facilities, STEM education pathways, workforce development, and partnerships within EPSCoR jurisdictions. Projects must foster jurisdiction-wide collaborations and ensure long-term sustainability to improve research competitiveness and capacity.
