This opportunity funds long-range science and technology projects that have the potential to advance and improve Navy and Marine Corps operations. Proposals are welcomed from academia, industry, and the worldwide research community across a broad spectrum of science and engineering disciplines. Collaborative teams are encouraged, with an emphasis on cooperation and data sharing among contractors and system integrators. Certain DoD labs and Federally Funded Research & Development Centers are ineligible to apply directly.
