This funding opportunity supports large-scale, complex research projects in aging that involve multiple highly integrated components focused on a common research question. Applications must demonstrate synergistic integration and coordination among multidisciplinary teams within single or multiple institutions to advance understanding of aging. The U19 activity code will be used, encouraging investigators with relevant expertise to prepare collaborative, responsive projects.
Eligible applicants include a wide range of government entities, educational institutions, nonprofits, for-profit organizations, tribal governments, and regional organizations. Both federally recognized and other Native American tribal entities may apply.
