This funding supports a single Coordination Center for the IMPOWR research network to test innovations integrating evidence-based treatments for chronic pain and opioid use disorder. Activities include network coordination, research education to build capacity in implementation science, annual surveys to identify barriers to treatment access and sustained use, and development of resources to enhance sustainability and scalability of effective practices. Clinical trials are not allowed under this opportunity.
