Proposals focused solely on clinical populations or non-human animals without human relevance are excluded.
Open to any type of entity without restrictions. Investigators are encouraged to consult program directors before submission to ensure appropriateness. Declined proposals cannot be resubmitted for at least one year unless otherwise allowed.
