This funding opportunity supports recruitment sites for the Kidney Precision Medicine Project to enroll individuals with Acute Kidney Injuries and Chronic Kidney Diseases into a longitudinal biopsy cohort study. It prioritizes under-enrolled populations, clinical biopsies with residual tissue for research, enhanced physiologic phenotyping, repeat biopsies, pediatric recruitment, and collection of healthy reference tissue.
