Limited Competition for the Continuation of the Caring for OutPatiEnts after Acute Kidney Injury (COPE-AKI) Clinical Centers (U01 Clinical Trial Required)

This limited competition funds a 3-year extension of the COPE-AKI clinical trial consortium, including clinical centers and a scientific data research center. The award supports completing enrollment, participant follow-up, data analysis, and dissemination of findings to inform improved clinical management and standard care development for Stage 2 and 3 acute kidney injury survivors.

Only current recipients under RFA-DK-20-011, specifically the institutions employing the original COPE-AKI Clinical Centers and Scientific Data Research Center PIs, are eligible. Foreign organizations and components are not eligible.
