The LPS Qubit Collaboratory funds incubator projects, multi-institutional collaborations, and graduate/postdoctoral fellowships focused on fundamental quantum information science challenges. Research targets qubit development, quantum computing, sensing, and enabling technologies. The program fosters partnerships across academia, industry, government labs, and FFRDCs, and supports workforce development through research experiences and internships.
Eligible applicants include individuals, small businesses, nonprofits, for-profit organizations, independent school districts, and various higher education institutions. U.S. citizenship is required for fellowship applicants.
