This funding supports family-centered outpatient and ambulatory care for low-income women, infants, children, and youth living with HIV. Funded activities include coordinated HIV medical care, case management, behavioral health, nutrition services, and referrals to specialty care. It also supports services for affected individuals not living with HIV to promote family stability and remove barriers to care.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city, and special district governments; federally recognized and other Native American tribal organizations; public and private institutions of higher education; nonprofits with and without 501(c)(3) status; for-profit organizations excluding small business
