This program funds one entity to provide rural stakeholders with timely data analysis and research on pressing rural health issues. The focus is on understanding emerging factors affecting rural health to enhance health care delivery in rural America.
Eligible applicants include independent school districts, private and public institutions of higher education, Native American tribal governments and organizations, county, state, city, township, and special district governments, nonprofits with and without 501(c)(3) status, for-profit organizations
