Supports research education activities that complement and enhance training of a workforce to meet biomedical, behavioral, and clinical research needs. Aims to recruit individuals with specific specialty backgrounds to research careers and foster better understanding of biomedical and clinical research and its implications.
Eligible applicants include state and local governments, tribal organizations, public housing authorities, school districts, small businesses, nonprofits, for-profit organizations, and institutions of higher education in the United States.
