This cooperative agreement funds efforts to assess and expand pediatric readiness in hospital emergency departments and pre-hospital emergency medical services systems. It supports ensuring pediatric-specific leadership, competencies, policies, equipment, and resources to provide high-quality emergency care for children throughout the United States.
Eligible applicants include state governments, private institutions of higher education, and public or state-controlled institutions of higher education in the United States.
