The Rural Northern Border Region Network Planning Program provides one-year funding to develop or enhance healthcare networks linking rural health care stakeholders. Eligible applicants include a wide range of entities such as independent school districts, tribal governments, city and state governments, nonprofits, small businesses, and institutions of higher education. Eligibility is broad and includes both nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
