This program funds research to develop innovative in-vitro and in-vivo systems, including new approach methods and refined mouse models, to model immune responses in solid organ transplantation. Projects must address clinical translation challenges, reduce reliance on nonhuman primates, and promote data sharing to establish standards and reproducibility.
