This funding supports the development and implementation of Personal Responsibility Education Programs targeting youth ages 10-19 and pregnant or parenting youth under 21. Projects must focus on abstinence and contraception to prevent pregnancy, STIs, and HIV/AIDS, and include at least three adulthood preparation subjects such as healthy relationships, financial literacy, and career success. Eligible applicants include local governments, nonprofits, tribal organizations, educational institutions, and small businesses in states not accepting FY2026 State PREP allocations.
