This program funds professional development opportunities in humanities education for K-12 teachers and higher education faculty. It supports participation in the Landmarks of American History and Culture and Summer Institutes, enhancing educators' knowledge and teaching skills in American history and culture.
Eligible applicants include Native American tribal governments, private and public higher education institutions, city, county, and state governments, special district governments, and nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status excluding higher education institutions.
