This funding supports initiatives that strengthen transatlantic security by advancing understanding of NATO’s role in collective defense and defense industrial cooperation. Activities include workshops, exchanges, research, and digital engagement targeting policymakers, researchers, industry representatives, and emerging leaders across NATO Allies and partner countries. Programs focus on defense investment, industrial capacity, and emerging technologies integration.
Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organizations, academic institutions, and other entities capable of implementing public diplomacy programs with a clear U.S. component. The opportunity is unrestricted beyond these criteria.
