The Street Outreach Program funds street-based services targeting runaway, homeless, and street youth vulnerable to sexual abuse, exploitation, and trafficking. Funded activities include outreach in youth congregation areas, assistance in making healthy choices, and providing access to shelter, stable housing, food, hygiene supplies, and information on available services. Eligible applicants are public and nonprofit entities excluding for-profit and juvenile justice system organizations.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city, and special district governments; public and private nonprofit institutions of higher education; Native American tribal governments and organizations; public housing authorities; and nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status. For-profit organization
