Activities strengthen services and knowledge to improve safety and support for victims and non-abusing family members.
Eligible applicants include public and private institutions of higher education, Native American tribal organizations, nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status, and faith-based and community organizations focused on domestic violence. Individuals and foreign entities are not eligible.
