Supports partnerships between CCDF Lead Agencies and research organizations to identify promising strategies to prevent fraud and waste in child care programs. Projects focus on evaluating effectiveness, improving data systems, and informing policy decisions. Teams collaborate throughout all phases, participate in research consortia, attend meetings, and share findings to strengthen policy-relevant research and program integrity.
Eligible applicants include CCDF Lead Agencies (states, territories, Tribes) and research partners such as institutions of higher education, research organizations, nonprofits, government entities, and small businesses. Individuals and foreign entities are not eligible.
