The FY 2026 Supplemental Public Sector Training Grant supports national nonprofit fire service organizations in training instructors to conduct hazardous materials (HAZMAT) response programs. The grant funds training for individuals with statutory responsibility to respond to HAZMAT accidents and incidents, enhancing preparedness and response capabilities.
Eligible applicants are national nonprofit fire service organizations with or without 501(c)(3) IRS status, excluding institutions of higher education.
