Funds the FY 2026 Study of the U.S. Institutes Madeleine K. Albright Young Women Leaders Program, featuring four five-week summer 2027 cohorts of about 80 foreign undergraduates. Programs focus on Economic Prosperity and Growth or Governance and Security, including four-week academic residencies and one-week field experiences at U.S. institutions, highlighting American innovation and offering ongoing engagement opportunities.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (excluding higher education institutions), private and public/state-controlled institutions of higher education. Participants are foreign undergraduate students aged 18-25.
