Eligible applicants include various nonprofit organizations and institutions of higher education. The program aims to foster economic development through education tailored to regional workforce needs.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status (excluding institutions of higher education), public and state-controlled institutions of higher education, private institutions of higher education, and others as specified in additional eligibility information.
