This grant funds the establishment of a single, coordinated national training center to provide comprehensive technical assistance and training to Title X grant recipients and their extensive network of sub-recipients and service sites. The center will support over 3,800 service sites serving nearly 3 million low-income individuals annually, ensuring providers meet statutory, regulatory, and priority requirements set by OASH and OPA.
