This program funds state and local initiatives to reinforce the U.S. southern border by constructing physical barriers, preparing land for border infrastructure, detecting and interdicting illicit substances and unlawful aliens, and relocating unlawfully present aliens from population centers. It addresses evolving security challenges with flexible, adaptable solutions.
Only state governments are eligible to apply for funding under this program.
