Activities occur in the U.S. (Alaska), Canada, and Greenland, aiming to build professional capacity, foster partnerships, promote U.S. business interests, and counter adversarial influence in the Arctic region.
Eligible applicants include private and public institutions of higher education, and nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status other than institutions of higher education. Additional eligibility details are provided in the funding announcement.
