This opportunity funds research to develop and mature communications and networking technologies critical for Naval Tactical Grid connectivity in distributed maritime operations. Projects should address challenges like lack of infrastructure, mobility, spectrum limitations, interference, and operate across land, maritime, cyber, and space domains. Collaboration and data sharing among contractors are encouraged to enhance command and control capabilities.
Eligible applicants include responsible sources from academia, industry, and the research community worldwide, including HBCUs and Minority Institutions. Federally Funded Research & Development Centers and Navy laboratories are not eligible to receive awards but may participate in teaming arrangemen
