The FY26 Joint Warfighter Medical Research Program funds continuation of Department of War-supported medical R&D projects addressing high-priority military medical needs. It supports late-stage preclinical studies, technology development, demonstration, translational research, and clinical trials involving human subjects or data. Applicants must have prior DOD/DOW funding and submit additional materials for clinical research involving humans.
Open to any entity that has previously received DOD/DOW core or Congressional Special Interest funding. Applicants involving human subjects must submit additional materials.
