This grant funds clinical trials to evaluate safety and efficacy of tolerogenic strategies in transplantation, allergic diseases, asthma, and autoimmune diseases. It also supports mechanistic studies of immune tolerance and development of immune assays to monitor tolerance induction and loss. The program aims to improve prevention and treatment of immune system mediated diseases through collaborative clinical research.
