This grant supports states and territories to make targeted, one-year investments in early care and education technology and analytic data infrastructure. Funded projects aim to strengthen coordination across mixed-delivery systems, improve program quality and access, support informed family choice, and use data to better understand and address the needs of children from birth through age five. Applicants must propose feasible investments that generate actionable information and measurable results by the end of the project period.
Eligible applicants are state governments and certain territories as specified in the NOFO. Individuals, sole proprietorships, and foreign entities are not eligible.
