This cooperative agreement funds a research study to explore how international parental child abduction affects abducted children and their left-behind parents. The study will examine psychological, developmental, economic, social, legal, and governmental impacts, identify support gaps in the U.S., and propose solutions to better assist affected families and communities.
Eligible applicants include public and private institutions of higher education and research, nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status, and others as specified in additional eligibility information.
