This program supports state and territory domestic violence and sexual assault coalitions through statutory set-asides under the OVW STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant and Sexual Assault Services Program statutes. It funds organizations advancing efforts to end domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status, excluding institutions of higher education. Eligibility is further determined by the Department of Health and Human Services per statute.
