Project Constellation funds a long-term international partnership platform that strengthens collaboration among governments, industry, academia, entrepreneurs, and international organizations. It supports capacity building in emerging space economies and promotes innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship, workforce development, and sustainable economic opportunities aligned with international space obligations and best practices.
Eligible applicants include public and state-controlled higher education institutions, private higher education institutions, and nonprofits both with and without 501(c)(3) status, excluding institutions of higher education for the latter two categories.
