This funding opportunity supports projects aimed at countering forced labor and illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing in seafood supply chains associated with countries that have signed Agreements on Reciprocal Trade in East Asia, the Pacific (excluding Indonesia and the Philippines), and the Western Hemisphere. The program prioritizes engagement with strategically important countries to advance U.S. economic, trade, and maritime interests.
