This grant funds applied drug policy research experiences for graduate students and recent post-graduates. Research focuses on dynamic shifts in illicit drug supply, drug use, and associated consequences to help public health and safety officials anticipate drug outbreaks and improve response strategies. Projects must conduct rigorous studies and data analyses supporting the National Drug Control Strategy.
Eligible applicants include public and state-controlled higher education institutions, private higher education institutions, and nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status excluding higher education institutions.
