This grant funds programs that bring U.S. higher education experts to Iraq to showcase artificial intelligence programs. It aims to attract international students and foster partnerships between universities to promote ethical AI standards, data privacy, and intellectual property protection, strengthening U.S. foreign policy in the region.
Eligible applicants include U.S. and foreign nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, public international organizations, and governmental institutions with experience in similar programs and capacity to operate or partner in Iraq.
