Supports collaborative improvement and innovation networks focused on enhancing access to and delivery of maternity and obstetrics care in rural communities. Funding targets projects that address unique challenges in rural healthcare settings to improve maternal and infant health outcomes.
Eligible applicants include state, county, city, and special district governments; tribal governments and organizations; public housing authorities; public and private institutions of higher education; nonprofits; and for-profit organizations including small businesses.
