The ONR Young Investigator Program funds research proposals from early-career tenure-track faculty at U.S. institutions in science, engineering, or mathematics. Proposals must address research areas of interest to ONR's Science and Technology Departments. Eligible PIs must be U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent residents with recent PhDs. The program supports innovative research aligned with naval science and technology priorities.
