Training and Employment Guidance Letter (02-26) for FY 2026 Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending

This funding supports community project grants for FY 2026 through Congressionally Directed Spending. Only organizations specified in the Explanatory Statement for Division B Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026, and named in Appendix I of the guidance letter are eligible. Applicants are encouraged to register for updates via Grants.gov and submit applications by January 31, 2027.
