This grant funds projects that implement the Quagga and Zebra Mussel Action Plan (QZAP 2.0) to combat the spread of invasive mussels in the Western United States. Funded activities must align with top priorities of the action plan and be located within states of the Western Regional Panel. Applications are accepted only through grantsolutions.gov, and land acquisition projects are excluded.
Open to all legal entities without restriction, except that land acquisition projects are not funded. Applicants must ensure proposals meet the merit review criteria specified in the announcement.
